At Bark Supply, we want every item to be good. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right — with care, clarity, and elegance.

✅ Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • You notify us within this timeframe

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • ❌ Items that has been worn, altered, or shows signs of use

  • ❌ Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • ❌ Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items

  • ❌ Items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
⏳ Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your provider.
